KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Tennessee officials announced Tuesday during a media briefing that its labor department would start processing the federal extra unemployment soon.
Tennessee Labor & Workforce Development Commissioner Mark McCord said last week that the state would file for the federal money.
McCord said Tuesday that they looked to begin processing those extra funds within the next several days.
