We're happy to turn this back over to neighbors and get their lives back to normal," Chuck Berry, EPA on-site coordinator, said.Another home next door was also involved, but it was remediated and will not be demolished.The homeowner, Marc Hibel, faces charges of burglary and wanton endangerment. Police said he owned one of the homes and was squatting in the other.He posted bond earlier this week and was released to a treatment center.
