Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SA said Monday that it is selling part of its glass processing business in Germany to Germany's AEQUITA group, consisting of two sites employing a total of almost 200 people.
The French construction-materials company said the Glassolutions Objekt-Center sites being sold are Doering Berlin and Radeburg. AEQUITA had already purchased the Dutch operations of the same business in 2019, the company said.
No financial details of the sale were disclosed.
