Working with Mutual Credit Union President Michael Mathews and Fiserv, which runs the credit union's ATM fleet, CheckAlt EVP of Client Relationship Management Jennifer Quinn and Project Manager Jaime Lee set up Mutual Credit Union's ATMs with the deposit automation solution. The installation was completed via CheckAlt's ATM Universal Installer technology, which enables fully remote installation of CheckAlt software. "Our Universal Installer circumvents having to put feet on the street to set up ATMs, an operational efficiency credit unions and banks can greatly benefit from—especially as demand for remote and contactless experiences grows," Quinn noted.
